Magnum Research is going to be releasing a compact version of the Desert Eagle in .44 Magnum aimed at the CCW market:

That's a spicy meatball!!! Er... I mean pistol.

Any idea on how much it will go for? What's the capacity by the way?

That's kind of like a "compact" Abrams tank.

Man, the gas hole in the barrel must be the size of a shirt button.

An underrated program (for quick chop jobs), IMO.

I'm going to hold out until they release the lightweight, scandium version.

While the new "Compact" version is nice, don't overlook the "Long Slide".....size matters!

It shouldn't recoil nearly as bad as S&W's lightwieght .44 mag does. Being semi-auto AND gas operated.

HardCOR, you have a point. Also that 2x4 they call a grip should spread the kick out as well.

You really need to put some more work in on that backstrap, you can see the pixel "notches".

Could become as popular as "gangsta" sights (side of frame) if you build a suitable ad. around the photo ;)

That's ONE way to get bigger calves... :D

Random note: they used to make a lightweight version of the Desert Eagle in real life, however. No, really.
