Where would one find "moon" or "halfmoon clips needed to use 45acp in an adapted 1918 Webley .455 mark vi revolver?

Same as for a 1917 S&W or Colt. Any gunshow, Gun Parts Co, Brownell's, and maybe Dillon Precision.

Watch those. Pressures in .45 acp exceed .455 by a significant amount. Do not shoot hot .45 ACP loads in that gun. The opinion on them is pretty much 50/50 and I have no specific information but the .45 ACP is a much higher pressure load than the .455 which was a particularly low pressure load.

Don't push that old gun. I think they are neat and even cut like that, it is kind of neat...just don't push it.
