Skunk's right if you're talking abou the polo shirt. If you're talking about the new Class A/B uniform shirt, they look like c--p untucked.

I have both, I have a 5.11 Tactical shirt, it used to be my photography shirt since I could dump the flash in the map pocket.

I don't like long sleeve buttondown shirts untucked. Because of my size, the smallest size (medium) is still a bit large, and I look kinda gangsta and untidy if I wear it untucked.

I usually leave it open front and untucked and it looks more like a BDU jacket.

Unless you live in a cool and dry environment, if you don't need the pen pockets I recommend the Royal Robbins Coolmax expedition shirt instead.

Here's a pic of me with it open front, untucked. Most folks think it's a jacket, I think I look stupid (moreso than usual) with it buttoned up and tucked.
