Shot F-Class tonight. Got a 147 out of 150 at 300 yards. Got three nines, all the rest 10's with 4 Bulls. The 9's were all close to the 10 lines as well. All with my Savage LRP in 6.5 Creedmoor using AA2700.

Load was 42 grains of AA2700 (take that H4350) behind a 140 grain Berger Match Bullet, Winchester Primer and Hornady Brass. Why 42 grains, because I read the 6.5 likes em hotter and 42 is the max load listed in the manual. Took 10 shots to sight in with initial hit a zero low to the 7 spot. After 10 spotter rounds I made no further adjustments. Wind was gusty to the back at the line and to the right at the 300 line. I was happy with my score tonight. Rifle shoots well. Load is accurate enough.

I had posted before about using AA2700 with the Creedmoor and got a lot of suggestions to use 4350 any type and Reloader 17. I found that AA2700 works pretty good. Had anyone else given it a try?

Good deal, I told you it is a hell of a rifle! My lrp didn't like anything berger so far, but as I said before loves the 123gr Hornady amax. I have worked up a load with varget that is amazing, it's 1/4 moa or better at 100yds. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. What scope did you end up going with?

I saw 6.8 Creedmoor in the subject line and was very interested as I haven't heard of anyone doing this yet.

Good shooting! I've only just worked up some loads with H4350 with decent results. I need to measure my lands and see where I'm at. With 140s I've about maxed out the PMags for the RPR though.

Farmerboy78, again, thanks for the recommendation on the LPR.

I have a Vortex Viper 6-20 on the top with a DNZ 20 MOA Mount. To be honest I don't know the speed of the load, I hadn't even had time to do proper load development. I just know some test rounds I loaded for sighting in the scope a month ago worked really well so I used those to shoot. I have not tested for speed yet. I have been traveling for work every other week so it becomes hard to even load up some ammo. I went with the heavy bullets because it is very windy where I shoot. Went with the AA2700 because it was about the only powder that I had that had some loads for the Creedmoor. I have since picked up some IMR4350, but with these results I can't see spending the time.

What speeds should one expect with the Berger? I will do my best to test speed of my load as soon as possible. Next work trip June 20th for two weeks to Hawaii. Might have some time in the next couple weeks for better testing.

I'm not sure with the berger, my rifle just didn't seem to like them very much without a slow speed.
