What is the difference between WC844 and WC844T as well as the difference between WC846 and WC846T. I understand that the "T" is for tracer, but would the burn rate for "T" powder be the significantly different than the burn rate for non-T powder?

No, the burn rare is not all that different. As with all surplus powders the burn rare will change, sometimes by a lot with different lots of powder.

So, why does it have the "T" designator attached to it? That last question looks kind of snarky, but I do not intend it to be. I was just curious if there was any reason that it could not be used instead of the non "T" powders.
