9MM 124 FMJ RN Armscor bullets ?

Whats the consenses on these, are they OK for plinking? I found some for $86 per K shipped.

ISO certified made in the Philippines.

Last fall in a class, I fired a lot of Armscor 9mm ammo loaded with those bullets, because it was the only ammo I could get. The ammo shot well, but the maximum range for the class was 15 yards.
