I used my chronograph yesterday to check PFs on my 9mm and .40 loads. If you're looking for something that works in these calibers, try this.

9mm 124 grain Montana Gold FMJ
4.3 grains of Titegroup
1.145 OAL
1090 FPS out of a 5" barrel, PF=135

.40 S&W 165 grain Montana Gold FMJ
5.3 grains of Universal
1.125 OAL
940 FPS out of a 4" barrel, PF= 155

Both loads will hit exactly where you aim them at 15 yards. I've shot the .40 load at about 50 and it seems spot on there as well.

I'm loading those two with Longshot. Velocity is slightly higher and accuracy dead on as well. Give it a try, or HS6 too.

HS6 and Longshot are slower burning powders and very easy to work with. I don't have to deal with sudden pressure spikes when I get near the top.
