Interesting that some would choose someone who is simply a great shooter. But there's a significant difference between a shooter and a gunfighter. I'd want someone with me who has been shot at.

If I really had to pick I want an E4 with two article 15s, a bar to re-enlistment and 4 deployments under his belt.

Very Interesting. Interesting to speculate. I have had all the gunfighting experience I ever want. Aside from the poll, I have a Sniper buddy that I shoot with. I trust that him and I would be like Doc Holliday, over gunned and fast on the trigger and accurate. Speculation for entertainment purposes only.

I believe "Lone Wolf" Gonzaulas would be a good choice. He was involved in a few shootouts while a Texas Ranger. His modified Colt1911s have always interested me. That was one of his "edges". Very interesting gentleman.
