I could quote for many hours of how much our founding fathers as well as others with their head not stuck in a watermelon, See what true patriotism is. And believe me they would vote for what i propose just for PEACE OF MIND, THAT WERE ALL GIVEN A CHANCE TO BE MARKSMAN IF WE SEE FIT. ITS NEAR TREASONOUS TO SAY ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY.Does anybody really believe americans are truly prepared as they could be to keep our country free? I believe they might roll over in their graves to know how ill trained the majority of american citizens are on the topic.and all of you sit here and think of me as your enemy attacking me. Im your friend. Not your enemy. Its simple peace of mind to be prepared. You cant prep for anything after the fact. By then its too late. So why not jump on board with a great idea that i have little knowledge of how to actually move forward on ,to get it passed and need your help with suggestions instead of critiquing evrey other word i write.

But Deep south that is the point. (You got yours, Screw everybody else attitude) is exactly why its a big problem. Everyone only cares about their own little bubble. So as long as you can be hooked up to shoot your guns the heck with the rest of the country. Thats why we have potential to fall as a nation. DIVIDE & CONQUER. There are many examples to read to teach ignoranant people on the subject of divide and conquer and how tyranny slides in. IF Everyone only cares about there stuff ect. Then you sit back and not care while others protest something they care about with no support from others and those (others loose their freedom/rights ). And you say oh well, im not affected by thier loss of freedoms of what they believed in, so who cares about them. Then one day when its you who has a problem with something and guess what , thers nobody left but you to care . So your screwed with no support. I try hard to stand for all peoples rights. Its def hard to stand by every right but i try. Im not perfect but i have good intentions and want the best for all americans and am someone i would hope you could count on to stand up for us all. Im sorry if i offended anyone with any points i try to nail home to for knowledge sake. God Bless America....

Like others have said, just slow down a little bit and take a little more time to formulate your thoughts and try to use sentences and paragraphs. Also, if you don't want people to dismiss what you are saying, stop using caps lock. Also, you are on a gun forum and even here your statements are way too aggressive and inflammatory.

That's not my attitude at all, thank you!
I have never once told someone they couldn't use my personal range, I invite people to it frequently.

If someone (you perhaps?) cares enough to set up a foundation taking donations to build ranges, I'll probably give them some of my hard earned money. If someone needs help to get it done, I'll lend my time and maybe even my tractor.

BUT when someone gets the Government to force me, under threat of a jail sentence, to hand over that same hard earned money, that I definitely have a problem with.

I'll help you build a range, I'd likely donate to a go fund me page that I knew was ledgit to help get you a range, I'll let you come shoot at my range..... I don't hardly think that's a "screw everybody else" attitude.

What seems to me to be a selfish attitude is someone trying to get the government to take my money by force so they can get what they want!! I might add, I think what'll make us fall as a nation is everyone getting the government to tax everyone else so we can get what we want for "free."

It has nothing to with me having an "I got mine, screw everyone else" attitude. To put it nicely, that accusation ticks me off.

Telekenisis, your so mistaken. Ive made very detailed ponts. People have not addressed my issues. Poeple have been ignorant in their responces and selfish, picking me apart for speaking truth, as opposed to seeing this is all about COMMON GROUND FOR ALL PEOPLEIN OUR COUNTRY. I am not your enemy but your friend, and am trying to enlighten people to think about how ill prepared ,ill trained we are, which is a fact. How bad is it to want all of us in this country to be trained as well as possible? When i started writing this topic, i never thought id be in a debate, I wanted ideas on how to proceed with it. I ALREADY TOLD YOU HOW SIMPLE IT IS. And you respond with our founding fathers and tax money. SO ITS OK TO FUND SEAS TURTLE STUDIES THEY FUND ECT.., ECT... BUT NOT FUND THE MOST SINGLE IMPORTANT PIECE OF LEGISLATION NEXT TO THE SECOND AMENDMENT? DONT BE A HYPOCRITE. We as a country have house/ property taxes, which is ashame in itself. You work your whole life to pay off your property, and if something financially goes wrong, You can loose everything you worked so hard for? Preposterous! TAX GOODS , NOT PROPERTY! OUR FOUNDING FATHERS WOULD OF NEVER ALLOWED IT TO GET THIS OUT OF WACK...ALLOWING BANKS TO CREATE MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR, AND(we including our goverment) PAY IT BACK AT INTEREST. I could go on and on About all the violations that are abusing us all. I stand up for ALL AMERICANS I stand for all americans rights. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to my views to keep all americans rights safe. YOUR REMARKS ARE LITTERLY INGORANT AND YOU ARE NOT HELPING I Had someone else tell me to step back and breathe, and another Called me alex jones. If anything i should be compared to, It should be our founding fathers because literally every response ive written is how they feel and (Quoted from their mouths). Come man, your not reading my clear concise responses,That All you need are some Bulldozers and i bet volunteers would be lining up. Besides its not that expensive to move dirt. If you think im wrong then you must want most americans to ill trwined or you would stop with the bashing, AND HELP WITH POSITIVE IDEAS.INHAVENT HAD ONE YET... JUST A BASH FEST... YOUR IGNORANT ON OUR FOUNDING FATHERS AND THEIR FEAR OF TAXATION AND ABUSE FROM THE MONEY CHANGERS. DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD OF ALLOWED A FEDERAL RESERVE? OR PROPERTY TAXES SO EXTREME?If theres any TAX that they woudr of supported it would be one that gives ample opportunity to ALL AMERICANS TO FREELY PRATICE THEIR MARKSMANSHIP SS THEY SO CHOOSE. THERE IS NO IF ANDS OR BUTTS ABOUT IT. I have read alot on the matter of the founding fathers beliefs on the most importa subjects like TYRANNY,BANKERS,EXCESSIVE TAXES ect...Quotes from their own mouths to federalist papers, Anti-federalist papers,Constitutional Convention and can crealy understand what their intent was. There QUOTES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. IF YOU CANT SEE THE POINTS IVE MADE ARE CLEAR AND CONCISE ansd based on the founding fathers perspective, and if they were wlive today they would support, Not ridicule people like my self for trying to get us all some training, I cant see how any of you could feel any other way on this matter besides trying to make suggestions to me on how to proceed to enact such a law, Not to bash it. But to help move it forward, UNLESS???????????

I agree they tax us too much on everything if we had a scale of importance, I would hope we could all support this tax over the tens of thousands of frivolous ones on the books already.

Pick important taxes , get rid of frivolous ones.
If you could only fund certain things to drive your car, you would access what's REALLY IS NEEDED TO DRIVE THE DARN THING.
You dont need rubber/ leather grip on your steering wheel,
Or seat covers, Chrome wheels, Moon roof, Tinted windows, Power anything, ect... ect... ect... ect.... ect....ect.... ect....
BUT WHAT YOU DO NEED IS PRACTICE AS A NEW DRIVER.
NOW THATS IMPORTANT OR YOU COULD GET US ALL KILLED
JUST ONE OF MANY ANALOGIES I COULD GIVE YOU ON THE SELECTING WHAT THINGS SHOULD HAVE PRIORITY WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORTING THINGS USED WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS. NOT SEA TURTLE STUDIES, ECT... ECT..
How about a well regulated militia as a top priority, sounds pretty up their on the important things are tax dollars should support. Not a under regulated militia.
    PRIORITIES PEOPLE, PRIORITIES.
WHERE WOULD YOU ALL LIST FREE LOCAL GUN RANGES IN A PRIORITY OF IMPORTANCE ORDER, So the american people can always have the option to be prepared for anyhting and not be ill prepared for whatever comes at our nation? In the middle of the list?
At the bottom? Just below sea turtle studies? Or just right above it? Im sure after there done with their study it'll help prevent tyranny. Come on.....
If this is what i have to write to make it clear to ignorant people where the priority of the prevention of potential tyranny stands in a list of all of our tax code?
God Please Bless America because i have to live amongst people who potentailly leave room for our downfall when it can be easily remedied.
Our founding fathers tried to close as many holes in our constitution as they deemed necessary. And by their own words, Would of never allowed sea turtle studies to trump the laws i propsose. I would love for open debate on how to start a grass roots movement to get this approved. Please help me out with ideas to impliment, Not bash me. Its for a great cause for all americans.

Do you know how important sea turtles are? I would argue that sea turtles are the "canaries in the coal mine" to our world. Without turtles, we have no society, no culture, no country, and no future. I actually saw a documentary on how there were these turtles that were affected by pollution... they were covered in a toxic green sludge and only had pizza to eat. Their ecosystem was destroyed, causing them to live in the sewers with a rat. Eventually they adapted and overcame; defeating the odds. These kind of mutant turtles may be fun to watch, but it only takes one event to realize how precious their lives are.

As conservationists and hunters, we should care about all animals... especially the cute ones.

You keep repeating the phrase "clear and concise"... I don't think it means what you think it means.

None of your posts are clear or concise. Your only detailed points are personal attacks calling other members names.

I'll not address the litany of personal attacks, but I will say this. I don't think anyone here is arguing that people should not be able to practice. We (all) seem to disagree with you that the population should be forced by the government to pay for your pet project. A project you can't even explain beyond "it's cheap/free, people would volunteer their time and machinery, so we need a TAX in order to do it!"

If you would calmly address the ideas already presented instead of shouting at members that they are selfish and ignorant, you'd get a lot more help.

If you think it's so easy, lead by example. Get a group of people together, build a range, and then offer its use for free.

Your hard earned money is funding (Sea turtle studies) and a thousand other things so rediculous that i see total Hypocracy in your answers to even suggest that this is on the same level of nearly any other tax they abuse.
Believe me, My head is on straight and i think way outside the box before i post.
Can you all as well? Because most of the points ive seen here are not through at all.
I would love for someone to make a point that is sensible.
If youn think for a second that this is anywhere near the same importance of a sea turtle study , Man you are mistaken... like big time.... wow....
Im just amazed at the responses i get. God please bless this country never to have tyranny..or well be in trouble because it seems only 1% of our population GETS MY POINT.
I guess since i and many others dont have a free pace to shoot locally, I should be thankful i can play first person shooter games as my alterative to getting real practice.
    Lol............i just cant stop lol...................

Sea turtles, taxation in general, etc, etc, are off topic for THR.

And calling other posters ignorant, selfish etc is not the THR way.
