I am curious what experiences folks have had with AAC ammo from Palmetto State. I am looking for some more budget-oriented training ammo than is generally available for me to purchase locally.
Specifically, I'm curious about muzzle flash and noise. I have tried a lot of different ammo brands; I like PMC, S&B, Winchester, Blazer Brass, etc. Recently I've had less pleasant experience with Fiocchi Range Dynamics 9mm and some Federal aluminum-cased .45ACP. Both had what I felt was excessive muzzle flash/blast compared to the others I mentioned, as well as a bit more felt recoil. These were standard target loaded FMJ rounds, 115gr and 230gr respectively, so no, I didn't buy +P or something by mistake
I'm looking into AAC as a reasonably-priced option. Any opinions appreciated.
Thanks!
