CoRoMo is correct. Diminishing crime is what they tell the simpletons because they'll believe anything that is said by the MSM. Ultimately, it is another power grab. The more power they grab, the more freedoms we loose.

I believe our battle-cry is 'wait for McDonald', now expected Monday.

As several things were waiting in the wings for Heller, so, too are there reputed to be lawsuits waiting on McDonald.

There appears to be Federal Appellate and SCOTUS case law to un-do AB 962, but we'll have to see how that actually falls out. Repeal, however, seems unlikely to fly; the bill to do it died in committee.
