How does one find a way into the cartridge list, or the board. Who can join? How?

They have great PDF's for some cartridges, but what about others?

But if you back up the parent directory, they give an error message that says something along the line of casual users do not have rights ... So it seems this is a forum or catalog for a group of folks. But who ...

Who is doing the listing?

Is this a forum controlled by Sierra?

You're trying to get in to their back door, accurateshooter.com is their public web site, accurateshooter.net is probably their server service and most likely it can only be accessed by their own people and their server administrators. There are links in the left side of the page at accurateshooter.com that take you to the exact same documents you linked to.

The 6.5-08 is the wildcat cartridge Remington used as their .260 Remington. Use .260 Rem load data:

Earliest 6.5-08 I know of was one in a Sako rifle in the 1960's. It was part of a set of seven Sako rifles all the same model chambered for the parent .308 Win case changed to 22, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 caliber versions and the original.
