Ok here's one for the experts.
I have a Savage model BAS/10K in .308 police model with the accutrigger. Every once in a while after I cycle the bolt, either to chamber a new round from the magazine, or my usual single load into the breech, the silver takeup part of the trigger will be someone stuck and the entire trigger will not pull.
The field remedy is just to cycle the bolt up then down to reset the trigger and it will function as advertised. I was hoping to see if a veteran knows of an adjustment I can make, screw I can adjust, or something to tweak to prevent the trigger from locking. This is a benchrest only rifle and is not used for hunting or HD/SD. It's annoying at worst but I would like a rifle I paid $2k for to work as it should.
