Adj rear sight avail for Taurus PT1911?

I think I'm ready to delve into the realm of 1911's with one of these. Anyone know if there's an adj sight with which I can replace the stock one?

Alternatively, I'm considering an STI Spartan.

I think I want one, too. Can't you use any rear sight made for a 1911? Is there something different about the pt1911?

I've had a PT1911 for a couple of years and shoot it all the time.

BUT, I had to have the slide machined for an adjustable rear sight, AND had a front sight modified to fit the Taurus slide.

To do it over, I'd go with the STI or a Springfield Loaded.
