Age of people on THR

I'm suprised to see that the 20-30 was the largest section. Where are they getting the money from?

I bought far more guns between those ages than in the 7yrs since. I got my money the old fashioned way, I worked for it. I sacrificed other things, was careful with my money and I prioritized. Unlike many in that bracket, I didn't waste money on cigarettes, booze, partying, speeding tickets, dirty heifers and a new cell phone every six months.

I get mine because I'm cheap as heck, and have been since I was a child. Now I own my own business, go to school full time, and it's my only hobby. I don't smoke anymore, and I hardly drink. Life is good.

My next major purchase is I am going to put up a little money and start reloading 45 ACP, then additional calibers after I eat through my stash.

Yeah, but when I was in my early 20's I had a high paying job and I moved around and the company paid for my apartment. When I went back home, I got my grandmother's old house and just had to pay the bills on it, during and after her failed bout with cancer. So I had a lot of disposable income, few bills, and no wife. You bet I spent more on firearms then. I wish I had spent more and kept them all too.

Think you might have saw that poll result and assumed everyone on THR has guns.

I wish I did, but the only gun I have currently is a Mossberg 500. Besides that, I've got an entry-level compound bow and a couple of knives I gathered over the years so far. Pretty much sums up the collection of weapons this 26 year old has. Heck, if I had enough guns to need two hands to count them, I probably wouldn't ever be on THR. I'd be spending all my extra time with my guns. I'm here to make sure that when I have enough disposable income to start buying them, I don't throw my money away on trash.

30 years old here. Had a job since I was 14. Where do I get my money from???? A good paying job since I turned 18 wearing a US Flag on my sleeve that takes me all over the world. Thank you very much.
