Ah, The Good Old Days

Do I win? :)
1960s era CCI Large Rifle Magnums
I posted these before, and a few people think these are 60s vintage, so Ill go with that. They still go bang and hold single digit SDs!

Here's a couple from my old can collection. I was kinda surprised to see how the prices had risen over the years. In the mid to late '90's, they had risen to $15 to $19 per pound.

The label has worn off a bit on this one - the price was $3.59

Now mind you, I've been reloading for a long time.

[Added]

The days of these prices will never come again! $0.0133 per primer.

What’s depressing is how hard I was working to make so little money back when a box of 146gr Speer SJHP was “only” $5 and change. Premium bullets at a premium price - but I was still a decade away from making a premium salary.
In 1984 I was working 50 hours a week for $175/wk.

In my 7th decade I think I'm still a decade away from a 'premium salary'.
It may be too late for me... :)
