aimpoint ML2 or ML3?

Im going to buy a Aimpoint but trying to decide between ml2 or ml3. I don't need night vision.

Should I spend the extra 50 something on ML3, or is Ml2 just as good, just shorter battery life.

ML 3 is a bit more durable, is available with a 3MOA dot and has a longer battery life. It is really up to you if any of that is important or not.

I thought about M2 also the one army uses but the only difference with the M2 is you can use night vision with it.

Go with the M2.

Don't forget to take a look at the CompC3 series, every bit as tough as the others, the main difference is that it's submersible to 15 feet in water rather than 135 feet which makes it the lighter sight in it's class and it's almost $100 cheaper.
The ML2 has shorter battery life and only comes in 4moa dot size.
