I know I'm probably late to the party, but I just found out about this guy.

His work looks amazing and some of his design seem really useful.

Does anyone here own any of his knives? Provide some first hand opinion?

AFAIK be doesn't have a website other than his FB page. I have a feeling there's gonna be some interaction, between him and I, come tax season :)

He made a custom fighter for my son when he graduated RASP and entered the Ranger Regiment; it was right after he'd first started making knives.

He executed my son's design very well, and was great to work with. FWIW, he's a real-deal 'operator'-

Hey, thanks for the feedback!

Yea, I had heard he was the real thing. It didn't surprise me because, when I look at some his designs, they are definitely purpose driven. When you see something and say "yes THAT is what I meant" ya know the guy was thinking of a specific task, when he designed it. Glad to hear he's easy to work with! I'll get in touch with him, when I get some funds together.

Oh and congratulations on your son' success! I'm sure you'e proud!

I just went looking for info. on Airborne Knives on Face Book. According to a post from Texas Knifemaker Guild, Scott passed away Jan 9 2018. From what I see about him and his work it is a great loss.
