The unforgiven. Gene Hackman"you just shot a unarmed man" Eastwood "Well he should have armed himself". Perfect.

You watched it on the History Channel Tonigtht also, didnt you?

Yes I did. But its not like a 52 year old geezer like myself has never seen it before. That line has always stuck in my head, and I got a charge out of seeing it in context

Quigley down under:

"Experimental ammunition in an experimental rifle".... said before Quigley took 3 shots @ a bucket 1K yards away (Yeahhh baby!!! ;))

He actually asked Quigley "Are you sure you wouldn't like the bucket a little bit closer?" right before the shots were fired... but I'm a reloader so I like the 1st comment better!

"Say Hello to my little friend"

hehehe

Earp in Tombstone

"Im bringing HELL with me, HELL! YE HEAR!?"

Doc Holiday was great.

Then there was one called Lonesome Dove where a long shot brought down a bad guy "Aww look at dis!! that chicken&^%$ shot me..." while holding his intestines in.

Not a movie, but a great gun line from the book "The Game of X" a spy parody by Robert Sheckley (paraphrased):

"Come with me" said the bad guy.

I looked at his pistol. It was a cheap Chinese copy of a Hungarian copy of a Russian Tokarev. I wouldn't like to bet my life on it working. On the other hand, I wasn't willing to bet my life on it not working either. So I went with him.

Last Man Standing:

Bruce Willis - "I came here to see you."

Irish Gangster - "Did you get that car of yours fixed yet?"

Bruce Willis - "I'm running a little low on cash. I was wondering if you could
help pay the damages."

Irish Gangster - "I guess you'll have to kill me."

Bruce Willis - "It'll hurt if I do."

Jane: "I've heard police work is dangerous."
Drebin: "It is. That's why I carry a big gun."
Jane: "Aren't you afraid it might go off accidentally?"
Drebin: "I used to have that problem."
Jane: "What did you do about it?"
Drebin: "I just think about baseball."

Naked Gun-

Scent of a Woman. (1992)

Lt. Col. Frank Slade (Al Pacino) :

You're in no position disagree with me, boy. I got a loaded .45 here. You got pimples.

If I were the man I was five years ago, I'd take a FLAMETHROWER to this place!

Shakedown (1988)

Richie Marks ( Sam Elliot):

I know what you're thinkin'! I'm young and quick, and he's old and slow!

This gun is clean, no serial number. So if I blow out what's left of your brain and chuck it in the East River, your case is closed. The people downtown are gonna file you under DSAF. "Did Society A Favor." Got it?

I also watched Unforgiven on the History Channel, first time I ever saw it.

Great movie, not on as much as other Westerns, unfortunately.

Haha, awesome!

Personally...".458 Magnum. You like a little edge, don't you?" "All the edge I can get." from Dirty Harry (also on last..night, IIRC).

Tommy Lee Jones at the US-Mexico border, on shooting the gun out of a bad guy's hand at umpty-three yards:

"Da-amn."

Intriguing.

Was he disappointed at missing COM but still stopping the threat?

Was he aiming for the gun and amazed at his own good shooting?

Damn.

Intriguing.

Don't know if this counts as a gun quote but it's probably my favorite movie line of all time, and it does involve a gun.

The Untouchables.
Old cop (Sean Connery) chasing the bad guy, tired and out of breath, says:
"Enough of this running s**t"
and shoots at the bad guy.
