Again from Sean Connery and 'The Untouchables'

"Just like a (removed racial slur), brings a knife..... to a gunfight."

My favorite, John Wayne in "Big Jake"

And now *you* understand. Anything goes wrong, anything at all... your fault, my fault, nobody's fault... it won't matter - I'm gonna blow your head off. No matter what else happens, no matter who gets killed I'm gonna blow your head off.

Also from Tombstone - Kurt Russel's Wyatt Earp to Billy Bob Thornton's buffoon:

"No need to go heeled to get the bulge on a tub like you."

Slightly later, after slapping him around a bit:

"You gonna do something, or just stand there and bleed?"

A friend of mine actually used this line on the bungling "hitman" bodyguard of the bungling dope dealer who lived across the hall from me in college. He [mistakenly] believed that he was being expelled because several of us turned him in to the school. He consequently threatened to kill us. He seemed quite surprised at our total lack of fear, and offer to "kill him right back" as the saying went on the show "Firefly".

Hmm... Spaceballs, when Princess Vespa is holding one of those awesome calico laser guns and goes "But.. I hate guns!" .. then her hair gets singed and she goes on a rampage. :D

This might not count, but from the classic PC game Deus Ex: "Bravery is not a function of firepower."

Tombstone went something like this to Wyatt to Ike Blanton whilst holding gun to his head... "They might get me in a rush but not before I turn your head into a canoe"

"...You see this? This... is my boomstick! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that? "

Lou Gossett as Van Leeke: 'Damn, boy!! You shot that man in the back!!
Anthony Edwards as Billy Ray: 'Well, his back was TO me!'

TV movie 'El Diablo'

(Approx..., it's been a long time)

"We're the Federales, put your guns down."

If you're the Federales, let's see your badges.

"Badges? Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!"

Treasure of the Sierra Madre

Mack: Shame what this town's come to.
Charley Waite: You could do something about it.
Mack: What? We're freighters. Ralph here's a shopkeeper.
Charley Waite: You're men, ain't you?
Mack: I didn't raise my boys just to see 'em killed.
Charley Waite: Well you may not know this, but there's things that gnaw at a man worse than dying.

Steve McQueen to Eli Wallach in The Magnificent Seven....

"We deal in lead, friend."

Evil Roy Slade, starring John Astin:

elderly woman to Roy Slade while holding a shotgun on him:, "Hold it right there. You take one more step and I'll fill you so full of holes you'll whistle when ya walk".

If cartoons count:

Bugs Bunny to Yosemite Sam: "Nahhh, you been eatin onions, Doc".

Yosemite Sam comes back with, "And you'll be eatin lead, ya pesky varmint".

Dr. No

Major Boothroyd: Walther PPK, 7.65 millimeter, with a delivery like a brick through a plate-glass window. The American CIA swear by them.

Jules' speech from Ezekiel 25:17- Pulp Fiction:
'The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides with the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon those with great vengeance and with furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know that my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.'
