Alternative to AR-15 direct impingement gas system

I am looking for links to a company that builds upper receiver assemblies for the AR-15 which has a long operating rod like an AK series rifle instead of the direct impingement gas system. The upper that I saw has XM Weapons on it, but I can't find any URL using Internet search engines.

Yes I was . I was just saying that I've never heard of an "XM" AR-15 upper that offers a long stroke gas systen similar to an AK, so I suggested a rifle that has a similar system to the one suggested.
