Over the years I have bookmarked a lot of reloading videos on Youtube, A few days ago I decided to look at a few of them. They are gone. Too many of them have been removed from Youtube, probably because they found them to be "offensive."

Is there a similar service that carries reloading videos?

Not as prolfic as YouTube yet, but Patreon and Rumble are really the only alternatives right now.

Rumble is seeing a few videos, but alot of Youtubers quit when they changed the rules

And Im with you on that comment. Alot of the really good older videos dont exist anymore

I have a few random utube videos......different interest things. I've posted my last there.

If I do any more, it will be on Rumble.

So if I post something on YouTube do I expect it to be there forever (presuming it is not offensive) or is there some reason they may take it down, say age or hasn't been clicked on for several years. Are videos posted the first day it came on line still there? Is there something in the agreement between the poster and YouTube? Never done it so I have no idea.

They can remain indefinitely. Most likely a youtube admin decided there was something against thier rules in the video. You can't even put turret caps on a scope in a youtube video, they consider it "assembly" of a firearm and is against the rules.

For what it's worth ...

Not to be a jerk or anything, but who needs YouTube when damn near everything you ever wanted to know about reloading can be found right here on THR.
When you think about it, there's probably a combined half million or so years experience posting here.
I can usually find 1 or 10 persons at anytime that have been there, done that no matter the question
