THE CHAIR IS AGAINST THE WALL
I swear I bought a VTAC 2 point sling with the quick detach sling swivels pre-installed a couple of years ago.

I want to order another one, but now it seems like no one sells the sling with the swivels already installed.

Is there somewhere I can go to get this setup, or am I going to be stuck having to buy the sling and swivels separately?

I think you're right, I bought a few years ago with the sling swivels pre-installed but can't find them now. Now I buy the Blue Force Gear Vickers sling (same design with the quick slider) and loops on each end that are designed to accept sling swivels. Price ends up being a bit less actually, and you end up with the same sling.

Found a Midway Discout code for $10 off, so I went that route. $4 may not be a big deal, but $14? Sure. Plus I get the sling in the color I wanted.

I have both, the LaRue with the swivels already installed and the plain VTAC that I had to put the swivels on. There are pluses and minuses to both. The LaRue site says everything is in stock, and you even get an email order confirmation saying that your order will ship soon. But I had to wait a few weeks for the sling to actually be in stock and get shipped. They were VERY nice about it and included some free stuff, too. Their sling was already set up, not just with the swivels installed, but the length of the various segments was good to go right out of the package. They do include a short section that has a plastic clip/buckle thing near the front end sling swivel for fast on/off when wrapping the sling around your shoulders/chest. It's a nice touch, but I absolutely do not trust plastic clips. On all of my dog collars and leashes, I go with metal buckles instead of plastic clips. If I was taking my rifle to a war, I'd be uneasy with that plastic clip on the sling. On the other hand, rifles don't pull as hard as German Shepherds, so maybe it's not a big deal. The one from VTAC (got it on Amazon) is actually a little nicer than the LaRue sling, but I can't quite get into words what i mean by that. Just seems a little easier to use with regard to pulling the trailing thingie that cinches it against the shooter's body or lengthens to loosen up. Seems nicer on the VTAC than the LaRue, but not by much difference and they're basically the same mechanism. Have been confounded by the VTAC in terms of getting the lengths of the various segments "just exactly perfect". What I need to do is take the LaRue and lay it side by side to the VTAC and then adjust the VTAC segments to be the same lengths as the LaRue and then I think I'll be OK, but it sure has been a pain to get that VTAC adjusted "just exactly perfect."
Just as an aside, not intending to bash Magpul since everyone and their mother seems to love everything Magpul, and hey -- that is OK with me, but I had a Magpul sling with the quick-adjust loop and it even had the ability to quick convert from 2-point to single-point sling set up, but these VTAC and LaRue slings adjust (cinch in and out) soooooo much more easily than the Magpul. Now I "run the Magpul sling" while "operating" my closet shelf.

I've got four or five of them and none came with swivels. Which is fine because through 30yrs of buying more rifles than slings, I had a bunch of swivels in my parts box. ;)
