I don't have one, but have been thinking about it as an easy way to mount a scope on my Garand.
It looks pretty decent. The only thing that concerns me is it apparently mounts directly to the barrel. That might throw the harmonics and accuracy off.
Fulton Armory has real scope mounts for the M1 Garand. They mount on the rear sight bracket (disassemble the rear sight and save those parts to put back original later) and use Weaver rings. That way you don't alter the rear handguard or risk changing the barrel harmonics. I've had it in mind to use one should I aquire a second Garand and scope it.
