Amended FFL?

Background: New C&R holder, and the kit arrived today from the ATF.

In it, was an application for an Amended Federal Firearms License. At first, I thought it was for changes in address and whatnot. Upon closer inspection, it had slots that looked like it was designed for business purposes. So, what is this application for? Getting a different type of FFL, just chaning addresses, both? Niether?

i beleive it is for doing any sort of changes to your license, be it an 01 or 03 ffl, as a lot of their forms, info, instrutions, etc apply to both/either.Govt paperwork tends to be very generic/broad and can be used for several things.Its their pathetic attempt at saving your tax money, and simlifying things/reducing paperwork.
