Never heard of the site and don't use it. But if AmmoGuide is one of those places where users post their favorite loads, then I say an emphatic "NO WAY !"
The first thing to watch in reloading is safety. That means info has to be verifiable, and traceable back to published loads. So you should NOT be looking for web sites, other than those that belong to the actual POWDER MANUFACTURERS.
Even if you ask a question here, you should wait for several replies, and compare those.
The best thing of course, is to get your own reloading manual. If you can't afford that, then the Hodgdon, Alliant Powder, Accurate Powder, etc web sites should get a bookmark.

As long as you can verify that a load/combination is within specs per a reload manual, I don't see why you couldnt use those loads. I often wonder why, as reloaders, we are so cautious when picking out a load. Honestly, factory ammo is about as hot as most 'max' loads in most manuals get. I don't have any problem using someones recommendation as long as I can verify it in a load book.

I got kicked off that site for disseminating load data here at THR. There are a bunch of trusted load data sites that I have bookmarked, the powder manufacturer's/distributor sites are the ones that I use.

I could put the $19/year subscription fee to better use and I am sure I could find the same information else where for free.
But, I will admit I have not used the site.
But, like rwobbly said, one needs to reference reputable load data and not trust what Bubba posted on the internet.

BTW, you should always double-check the loads you decide to try, no matter where they come from. Even powder manufacturers have been known to adjust their "max" charges downward in the interest of safety.
