amo for a .223 pistol (keltec plr)

i need to know what round would be good for a keltec plr 16 pistol.

it hsa a 19.2" barrel not too sure of rate of twist.

i am not looking to use it for home protection, so over penatration is not to much of a factor. i have pistols for that duty.

and something else i am looking for is a holster for this gun. i know it really is too big to carry consealed on a regular bassis, but if needed to, i can still carry it legaly with my licence. thank you.

Twist rate is pretty important. Regardless, you'll probably have decent luck with something in the 55gr to 62gr range.
