well technically speaking. If you were to hand it to him through the car door and he were to eat it and then pass it and then his partner ate it and then passed it and then handed it through the other door he'd be telling the truth.

I feel sorry for his partner though. Eating and AK would be difficult enough but eating one that had been marinated that particular way would be very hard to swallow.:D

That's why they call it "fast food"

how about a lever action 30-06?

how about some of those big game rifles like the ones used to kill cape buffaloe and elephants?

I would imagine a good pickaxe might be able to go through a car door too. Let's ban those. For the children.

Perhaps an exageration, but maybe not too far off track. This is from the Ammo Oracle Ar15.com ammo FAQ:
(As a data point, one test on Chinese steel core 7.62×39mm ammo against a sheet of auto glass, in front of two pieces of sheet metal, two pieces of level IIA body armor, heavy denim, penetrated all barriers and then into the gelatin four inches).

..."An AK-47 can go through [police car] doors, through me while I'm still wearing my vest, through my partner with his vest on, then out [the other] door," said Officer Alex Kwan....

I've heard an AK-47 can knock an aircraft out of the sky from a range of over 23 miles, too. Whether I believe a word of it is another matter.

My 9mm handgun will go through a car door too. (though not a vest.)

Just about any rifle would do what he described. My .338 would probally do that, and have enough energy left to punch through a cinderblock wall and kill all the nuns on the other side too.

The thing is, I don't shoot at cops, so it will never come up.

(2) doors. (2) cops. and (2) bullet proof vests?

Whatever he's smokin, I want some.
(2) of something too many....

Bullets generally do bad things to people when hit by them.

That's why I was taught not to do such things, unless my life is in danger.

Sorry, but I'm gonna' have to say no. Think about the penetration materials and the order they're in.

car door ^ vest layer 1 ^ torso ^ vest layer 2^ vest layer 3^ torso 2 ^ vest layer 4 ^ car door 2

I highly doubt that the average 7.62x39 round will penetrate those materials in that order. I can imagine that a big game rifle might be able to accomplish the task, but not the "average rifle."
