I'd like to start by saying that I apologize. Most likely a year or more ago I made a comment to another member; I said that if you couldn't make MOA on any rifle you had no business shooting. I've fired a lot of rifles in my short time on this earth and believed that to be shooter error. In short I was rude and DEAD WRONG. I'm man enough to admit when I'm in the wrong and that was one of those resurrgences of my youthful bluster; not to make an excuse of course. I hope that the member that I so rudely rebelled against remembers and accepts my most humble apologies.
Secondly, I'd like to reintroduce myself and hope for a friendly return. I recently have bought a Savage 110 (older model) with a walnut (or wood) stock, .30-06, used, and in AMAZING condition. I'm looking to get into reloading and wanting to shoot till my ears bleed and get some serious tack drivin' done. Amazingly the barrel on said rifle is already free-floated and shows signs of being bedded; unconfirmed due to my reluctance to take it apart as I haven't checked function, accuracy, etc. Overall looks to be a great buy. We'll see today!!
Thanks for listening to my diatribe, and again to all members and the member who I spoke so barbarically to, I'm truly sorry.
Semper Fidelis and God Bless,
Joel
