I called RCBS this morning to check on parts for one of their products that has been out of production for 15 years. There is no way they would still have these around. Without hesitation, he asked me for an address and would NOT let me pay for the items. Hats off to RCBS for their customer service.

Yep, you see stuff like this regularly about RCBS. (It seems like all the reloading manufacturers actually.)

I wish you could get service like this on more things.

I gave u on trying to call them, so i just sent them an email today. The cap on my Kinetic bullet puller broke again ( third time this year, the orginal lasted 12 years). I will see how long it takes this time. They always gave me good service tho.

It is hard to beat their customer service. Had several dealings on different occasions, 100% good to go. Thats what I love about RCBS.

I have an RCBS 357 carbide sizer die with a "77" date stamp. I wanted a decapper for it, an email to RCBS and they sent one N/C. This die has a 7/16-20 decapper thread, seems like an oddball.

When a friend came to me, several years ago, he had a RCBS Rock Chucker, maybe 30 years old. Just flat worn out. I called RCBS and told them about the press, they said send it to them. 3 weeks later I got a new RC II in the mail. My friend gave me the new one and said happy birthday.

He also gave me a Lubrisizer when I first got into casting, about 15-18 years ago. Same condition. He said he bought it at a yard sale many years earlier. Just flat worn out. I called RCBS and they said send it to them. I did and about 3 weeks later I got a new one in the mail.

You just can't beat RCBS service and warrenty. I keep telling the new reloaders I work with, about RCBS. Then I tell them these truths and they understand.

A couple have bought other brands, but have come to regret their decision

Gotcha beat.... last week I called RCBS because I lost the cross pin for the priming arm on my RCBS "Junior" that I got when I was a kid. the date stamp on it is "69". What I needed was sent to me no charge, on warranty! :)

Well, well, deja'vu.

I called them last week about my ancient 5-10 beam scale that I still use (25+ years old). The little nylon strain screw on the 1/10th's weight broke (it was brittle for goodness sake).

RCBS said, "Warranty, we'll put one in the mail".

WOW!!

They rock

RCBS service folk are excellent in every way.

They understand their product lines, and I think they understand the shooting sports. I think this is a company that is staffed by folk who are passionate about their work.

Thanks RCBS, you rock.

(yea, that last bit is corny but I couldn't resist)

Hats off to RCBS for their customer service.
They're smart.
For a few parts they get customer loyalty that will last for years. And free advertising by word of mouth, which is the very best kind.
