Another Flattop followed me home

Lucked into an Anniversary 44 Flattop Blackhawk last week and thought I my (small) Ruger SA collection was complete. Then I spotted this beauty! I love the look of the shorter barrel, and have been wanting a 45ACP for sometime. Don't have anything else in 45LC. I think I'm done now and I may have spent my Spring Break allowance. Wasn't very aware of the New Model Flattops prior to last week and now I have two.

I freely admit I'm not done. I'd love to find a flattop 357, or perhaps a full sized Blackhawk. I don't mind the extra weight. My main complaint is I'll need a new holster.

I have a 50th anniversary .357 flattop. It feels like a portable bank vault in the hand. Blueing is very nice. Only flattop I have. I really should make an effort to find one of its relatives.
