Well, I was wiping off the ram of my old Rock Chucker II a while back and, I know it seems impossible, but I snagged the shell holder retaining clip and bent it enough so it would not stay recessed within its groove. After fiddling with it I decided removing it would be better than a ram that would not go all the way down. Boy! Did removing it ever do a number on it!

Anyway, I e-mailed RCBS customer service the night before I left on my hunting trip and when I got back there was a zip-lock bag with three retaining clips in it. No charge. Not even for postage! Gotta love those guys! There are a lot of businesses that can learn customer service and support from RCBS, Dillon, Midway, et. al.! JMHO, of course.

Now just what am I going to do with the two extra ones besides lose them? :confused:

After over 40 years of use my Rock Chucker plastic spent primer tray cracked in half. I e-mailed RCBS and they sent me a new one NO CHARGE !!!!.Outstanding products and customer service.
 
Not only did RCBS send me 3 retaining clips when I only needed one, I just received a second baggie with 3 MORE case holder retaining clips. :what:
So now I have 5 spares.

Good service, but don't they keep records? :confused:

My case prep center went belly up after a number of years and thousands of prepped cases. I inquired with RCBS about purchasing a replacement motor and they responded to mail it to their tech center for evaluation. This was the week before Christmas... I expected that I would hear from them some time after the first of the year with a repair cost and figured I would follow up in January. To my surprise a box from RCBS arrived between Christmas and new years with my case prep center fully refurbished and good as new at no additional cost.

Wow! That is taking care of business and exceeding expectations. Truly awesome customer service. I already have a lot of green in my reloading room but I am sure to be adding more.
 
RCBS's level of customer service almost makes me ashamed to buy other brands. They stand behind my investment 100 percent... Hard to not support their fine products in return. Any time I call them I'm left stunned at their effort to make things right in my mind....they dont even ask for an explanation of what went wrong.
