Another NJ legal question: Saiga

Ok, I know that any semi-auto shotgun that has a capacity of over 5 rounds is illegal in NJ. Does that include a Saiga with a detachable mag? I know the semi-shotgun cant have a pistol grip or folding stock.

Are any Saigas legal at all in NJ? What about the rifles?

AFAIK, the rifles are NJ legal, presuming mag limits are adhered to, and the number of evil features is two or less.

Come to think of it, I knew a jersey girl...a preacher woman, actually, who had a Saiga .308 she got through a jersey ffl.


As for the shotties....I'd have to look it up, and I don't have my reference handy. (sorry)
