Thinking aloud: OK I been doing the math.

P7M8 = $1200.

USP9C = $800.
3 extra mags for 5 total = $120
Bladetech holster = $60
Bladetech double magpouches x2 = $110
Total = 1090

So getting a USP9C leaves me about $100 short of another P7M8 which I already have magazines for.

If you guys were me, any reason to get a USP9C? I mean, I have a lot of fun shooting it and all but...not sure if extra 2 rounds is worth it? :confused:

As I was thinking about getting a 9C for a beater gun, I realized that getting one would cost me about as much as getting another P7 for a beater.

P7 for a beater!!! :eek:

..............why would one want more than one of the exact same pistol??

I've always wondered this. I mean I dig P7s just as much as the next guy but have never considered getting another one!

Skunk, dude , my answer is "YES!" You need ALL 3 like me! :evil:

Now, that said, I'd like another P7M8 in blue to complement my hard chromed one :cool: You tho, need to start adding some variety :D

You could pick up a used USPc for less than $650 (and I'm being generous).

Or you could get a USP9f to add to that SHTF arsenal of yours. :D

15 round mags for the USPf are about $60 each from Robert Johnson, or if you did go the Compact route, you could get USP40c mags instead, so it would hold 12 rounds instead of 10...

However you do it, I think $800 is about $100 high for a NIB USP9c.

Unless you want to start collecting the different variations of the P7:

- PSP with protruding mag release
- P7 with flush mag release
- P7M10
- P7M13
- P7K3

Then I would say go for the USP Compact 9mm. I have one and it is a very nice pistol.

OTOH, if you don't have a Walther P99 in 9mm, you really need to take a look at getting one. :D

James

Skunk,

Have you forgotten this already??

"Tactical Pledge

I hereby pledge that I will spend more money on training than toys this year. Ouch. OK I did it. Y'all can try to hold me accountable now."

:evil:

Dude, you'd better act quick before the P2000's get into the PRK & you have to add another variable into the mix :neener::evil:

Get the USeless P (Victor Louis' coined nickname for it, not mine)!

Afterall, the P7 isn't all that tactical, with all the ruckus coming from the squeeze cocker and all!!! ;)

Sven...I told you I was fickle!!!

Well....I've decided to go with............

drumroll..............

USP45F :D :neener:

For now :rolleyes:

Skunk, Ol' Buddy, Ol' Pal.......

You already decided to do, what I was going to tell you to do....

Which is buy a MAN's gun and go with the .45!!!! Ooh Rah!!!

You ain't going to go wrong with the USPc...in any caliber, but you

need a .45. And once you master that "tactical" plastic

thing a ma jig....you can buy a 1911 and go Native!!!:scrutiny:

Good Luck and Semper Fi, Sgt
