We used to not have to deal with individuals who lived in their feelings instead of living in reality. The reason was that 100 years ago the wolves, bears, coyotes, cougars, etc soon ate these types for dinner.

I don't know if anyone else thought this, but this guy's editorial doesn't flow in the typical anti pattern. The references to never leaving his home and hiring ex-blackwater seem to indicate a desire for him to convey humor. Most of the anti fear mongering I've seen is blatant guns are scary. It all just seems like a joke to me.

The Milwaukee police chief and county DA have proposed trading a CCW licensing law in exchange for making carrying without a permit a felony and making private gun sales illegal.
As for this guy being serious, I believe he's serious but trying to make his point with sarcasm and what he perceives to be wit.

I agree with Monkeyleg, the blogger thought he was being funny and witty, when in reality , he is an arse, way too "kooter-whipped" to own a man-card...
I hope to God he can defend himself and his family against an armed assailant or two in the future, but I doubt it, he would no doubt lay down and simply get popped.
I visited his site, but after reading that arrogant and ignorant article again, I just couldn't post anything to him without it becoming a cussin', and vitriol , venomous-spewing diatribe about his lack of common sense. So I said nada, maybe today, or when I can calmly write a tempered rebuttal, I'll try again.
I have to listen to the pin-heads I work around, spout that same kind of fear-induced crap, nearly every day, and it gets to be old sheet.
Sorry if I ranted too much...I'll leave now, with bows and much back-stepping.....
