Any1 have experience w/ Beretta 87 Target? (CA droptest?)

First thing I would like to know....I heard that Beretta has finally put it through the drop test for ca and it passed. Is this true?

And if you have ever shot or owned/own the gun how do you like it? +/-'s, etc. Thanks.

Copy and pasted straight from the CA DOJ web site. Indeed it has been CA approved for sale. I've also seen it for sale at the stores too.

FINALLY!!! I've been waiting forever to get this thing. I had the Sig Trailside right before that stupid law came into effect, but it was a POS. I think because it was an earlier model, before they fixed the bugs, but i really didn't like that gun. Hopefully the Beretta will be better.

It looks really cool though, reminiscent of the just ahead of our time guns you see in the near future movies where the slide and frame shape forward of the trigger guard is a rectangular block.

I'll tell you one thing, it looks a hell of a lot better than the U22 NEOS!

What type of groups can be expected from the 87 Target?
