I shoot what I buy and enjoy them. If I get tired of or don't like them off they go. I am not a Colt fan boy and have never owned any in all my years of shooting. I have Ruger's and Smith's in .357 and .44. I picked up a new 6" Python a couple of weeks ago on a whim. I said I would never pay over msrp for one and held my ground until my LGS told me he just got one in and would sell it for a little less than msrp. Needless to say I brought her home. I took her to the range a couple of days ago and I was impressed. The action is very smooth in both double and single. The trigger pull in SA is a little heavy but not by much. I only put 50 rds of my full house .357 loads through her and she was on the money for out of the box accuracy. I'm going to shoot her in my regular rotation and see what happens. I liked it enough that I told my LGS to let me know if they get a 4 inch in and I would be over. ymmv
