I have 13 firearms and 2 of them are matching vaquero revolvers. If I like a particular firearm I get the urge to get another and start looking for 'rational' to do so but that means money is spent on duplicates instead of something different for my collection. INSANE.
Here is current rationalizing.
I have a S&W 915 and see 5906 on sale for 339. I want it. Basically a stainless version of the same gun with better sights. The rational is same magazines between the two.
I have a saiga 7.62x39 and want another. Rational is two guns sharing magazines again. Plus they are getting more expensive every day but still are best bang for the buck.
These two particular firearms would be my SHTF choices. So if the world ever did go Mad Max it would make sense to have backups of primary weapons or to share with a fellow defender.
Anyone else want two of everything?
