It doesn't feel any hotter in .40 S&W, for what it's worth (although it seems to be of good quality). And while it may feel hotter in 9mm by consensus (I haven't tried it myself), the published velocities aren't much different--about 40 and 80 fps more, respectively, but S&B uses a 6" test barrel while the others use 4" test barrels, which should account for the difference. Obviously it'd be interesting to see independent chronograph measurements, preferably out of the very same gun (if I had my own range, I'd gladly test them and share the results, but sadly I do not).
