I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. Their phone doesn't answer, they don't reply to emails, and my credit card hasn't been charged. They do, however, update their website every week saying which gunshow they will be at.

Has anyone had any recent orders fulfilled with them? I have my email invoice, but otherwise zero contact. I am thinking of ordering the items from someone else and canceling the order, but I can't even reach them.

I received my order about 5 weeks ago. I did not hear anything through phone or emails either, and I was wondering what was going on. I did get through one time on the phone to a recording saying the were swamped with orders.

After 4 weeks it all showed up. But a lot can happen since then, good luck.

Same thing happened to me. I finally sent an email saying to cancel. No reply to that email. Been a few months and no CC charges so guess it got canceled. Doesn't look like it was accepted in the first place.

Kind of a shady site

I just looked at the web site Friday. Tried calling three times and the # is no longer available. The website address is the one thing that kept me from ordering. Once you've give out your CC info. , they will always have it on file. Learned the hard way on that once.:fire: Won't let that happen again, word to the wise watch your billing statements these people slip little bit at a time on there until they feel they could maybe take alittle more.

Tony is a stand up guy who runs a part time business selling reloading components. I used to live within 10 miles of him and bought all my stuff from him (except for my Dillon). He is generally a one man operation in the evenings except for the gun shows. I know his inventory changes frequently and he is at the mercy of his suppliers. One week before I moved he was out of primers, the next week he had an entire pallet of winchesters. I wish I had bought more before I moved. I also wish there was a similar supplier in North Eastern Florida.

Ordered 5 or 6 things from them on-line about four weeks ago - everything seemed to go through okay and got an email confirmation of the order. Then got an email two weeks later that they had to cancel my entire order - nothing in stock...I get the impression they are way overwhelmed and out of stock...I do wish they were more timely with the customer service end of business :D

Hmm, sounds like I should just place a backorder at Powder Valley or somewhere else for what I want. I guess I should also send an email telling him to cancel the order and maybe notify my CC company?

I like doing business with "real" people, but this doesn't seem like it's going to go through.

I used to buy a lot of the "TNT Star" FMJ bullets from him, always good service, but when his supply dried up I'd always found better deals on hard cast lead elsewhere.

Glad to see he's still in business, bet he is as swamped as everyone else is right now.

If I order and the credit card is not charged I don't worry about it. Once the credit card gets charged, if you've not got your stuff by 50 days, call your credit card company to dispute the charge. I got burned by Northeastern Bullets, let him talk me into shipping a partial order (about 1/3rd), but then they went belly up and since my 60 days had passed I was hosed :(
