Anyone not use Bore Brushes for cleaning their Firearms?

I didn't know what the "cleaning pellets" were until I googled it.....looks like sections of a Boresnake......


Now maybe I'll have to try this method too instead......lol
I use the cleaning pellets with a Patchworm Kit. Easy to throw the whole kit in the range bag.
Seldom use a brush anymore.
 
Only when patches fail!

This, clp on a patch on a tight fitting brass jag works great.

Barrels wear, the very innermost surface of the barrel is softened/damaged by heat friction and combustion byproducts. A brush accelerates this wear.

I use a bore brush every time I clean my guns.
I do too. It's necessary for 100% clean. I usually do 5 or 6 passes with a nylon brush. To remove copper when necessary, I use brass brushes; they usually only last a couple uses with the copper remover KG12.
