Anyone recognise this 7.62x54R ammo?

I found this ammo among a bunch of other miscellaneous cartridges my grandfather had. It copper washed 7.62x54R and the only thing on the headstamp is "50" in the 12 o'clock position at the very outer edge of the rim. It came in three stripper clips packed in a small cardboard container tied with twine as shown.

I don't know all the ammunition that came packaged on stripper clips. I've heard that some Hungarian tins came packed that way.

Maybe it's old Russian surplus? The '50' stamp is probably the year of manufacture, although I'm guessing again.

Another round with a clearer headstamp reveals an arsenal code of "60" and a date code of "47"
