To whom it may concern: i have figured out what the problem was. The everglades 55 gr bullets miked out to .226. I tried hornady 55 gr soft points with the cfe 233 and they worked flawlessly.

This may sound crazy to some people but if the load that's 100fps slower functions fine and is accurate is it really worth chasing 100fps at the muzzle?

The odds are most anything you shoot won't notice the 100fps difference.
Shot placement is going to be far more important than 100fps IMO.
(note- I have been known to be out to lunch on a least one occasion...well maybe 2 or ...well ok lots of times:))

At range a bullet with a slightly better BC will make up that 100fps at the muzzle

Neat link showing to show caculated drops and velocities.

I have used H335, BLC(2), 8208 and TAC. Prefer BLC(2) and TAC. (all meter well) Ramshot does list some 5.56 pressure loads for TAC and their other powders. (Includes Accurate powders)
