Dry film or teflon? What are the advantages of each?

While we're at it, has anyone bought 30rd USGI AR-15 mags from 44mag? Are these a decent mag at a good price, as they seem to be?

Thanks!

Teflon is a slippery durable bonded coating.
Dry film is basically a moly impregnated spray paint. Not quite as long lived as Teflon. Both are very corrosion resistant.
IMHO Teflon is better.
I do not have personal experiance with the USGI mags.

I have owned over a hundred AR mags in the last two decades. To me the question to ask is "which brand should I buy?".
The only mags I will use are C Products LLC or NHMTG/Okay. I have used them all and will only use these.
There have been quality control issues with the D&H mags (which I have experienced firsthand). Yes the teflon finish is nice but you need to check out the marlube finish on the C Products LLC mags.
44mag sells the NHMTG mags and the C Products are available here:
