This place is full of dictators that believe that people are not allowed to point out that someone is a price gouger. For a while they have been in full support of cheaperthandirt.com, that has been one of the biggest gougers, currently they want over $1 per round of .223, and $60 for a box of blazer .380!!!!!

Then they did not like what I had to say about this guy, so they locked my account;

http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=98&t=675482

When he posts that he wants to trade his 5k of primers for a $500 gun???????

This is outrageous and needs to be stopped, if people want to charge high prices and not have anyone say anything to them about it, go to gunbroker. Forums are not the place for this kind of stuff.

I encourage EVERYONE who has an account at AR15.com, or if you don't go create one, and go tell this guy what you think about his gouging, or what you think about AR15.com supporting this kind of actions, along with their censoring of anyone opposing it!!!!!

If they ban your account, so be it, you people deserve better than what they have to offer anyways.

WE MUST RALLY TOGETHER TO STOP PRICE GOUGING!!!!

Ill get in quick before this is locked

CTD is one of the worst price gougers ever --I remember the $150.00 Hi-cap pistol mags --Last ones ever buy NOW- After the ban went away Next day 29.95 all you want..
As to arf.com
I tried to join using My Yahoo mail addy -- NO go -So I sent an e-mail asking how I could join with yahoomail -The reply I recieved Made me happy They refused my Offer to join !!

seems like you just joined AR15.com and had only one post before your account got locked. Maybe you need to find a new hobby instead of whining on here.

If someone wants to trade a gun for primers, that's their business. Who cares.

Prices too high? Don't buy.

When prices are high and demand is low, prices will decrease.

Those 5K primers are worth to HIM about $500.

If someone pays that price, how is that his fault?

If you put your $350,000 house on the market for $10 million and someone cut you a check for $10 million, is that price gouging? If you knew you would find a buyer that would pay that price, I'd bet the farm you'd list it for that much.

That's called free market economy. It will balance itself out.

Firearm prices are falling. Now the next thing to go are ammo and components. When the market catches up, it will be back to normal.

Welcome to supply and demand economics. Class dismissed.

Some people dont know better, also when someone sees that price, then they decide to charge that much for theirs, then people think its a fair price, so they buy it.

Do you really think .223 is REALLY costing people $500 per k that you see for sale everywhere at that price?

Since when is any of the following a "$500 gun?"

.357 Mag Pug from Charter Arms, .32 H&R in Lavender or Pink from Charter Arms, .44 SPC Bull Dog from Charter Arms or a Beretta 92FS

More like $250.

You're over-dramatizing and you know as well as anyone the rules at the EE on AR15.

You are not allowed to post a single word in an ad unless it is a legitimate question about the item for sale, or to conduct a transaction involving the item for sale. Fairly simple if you ask me.

If the price is too high, no one will buy the item.

Too, you know that everyone on the site, including mods and staff are railing on CTD. It appears that CTD has abandoned the forum and are not owed a reimbursement for the Site Sponsor accreditation.

- If the price of something is too high for you, don't buy it.
- THR does not and will not tolerate interforum flame wars. If you have a problem with the way another forum is run, take it up with their management.
