Are CZ compact P01/PCR mags compatible w/ CZ RAMI extended mags?

I recently sold my CZ RAMI and bought a CZ PCR, and thought that I could use the hi-cap RAMI mags (grip extension removed) in the PCR.

The RAMI mags seat smoothly in the PCR, and appear to reach up just as far as the PCR mags. However, the mags do not click into place.

Is this normal? Are the 14rd mags supposed to interchange between the two?

Do I need to do any light dremelling to enlarge the mag catch notch in the RAMI mags for some reason?

Or should I just put the grip extensions back on the RAMI mags and sell them to a RAMI owner?

Thanks,

-MV

UPDATE: took the PCR out shooting today. Really dang accurate and quite controllable.

The PCR mags fed just fine, and the 14rd mags from my RAMI fed great, except that I had to hold the magazine "teacup" style to keep it from slipping down.

Staring very, very hard at the mags, it appears that the RAMI 14rd mags have an incrementally longer notch for the mag catch.

How does the board vote: do I start carefully dremelling and see if it will fit?

Personally, I'd sell them. Use the money you make to buy some 14 or 16 round mags. The 16 rounders can take the CZ 40P rubber grip extension and give you flush-fitting higher cap mags.

I use the 16s in my CZ Compact as range mags as I haven't gotten the rubber extensions yet.
