Just find out which one fits better on you. If you're comfortable carrying the PCR, go that route.
I'm saving up for a PCR, myself. My trusty old S&W 469 shoots low, and it's pretty darn thick; getting time for retirement. The PCR is about a quarter inch taller and longer, but also a good bit thinner, and I'll be darned if it doesn't glue itself into your hand.
The Rami's comfortable, but the PCR guides itself.
Once I pry myself away from the old habits the 469's fat grip put on me, anyway.
