Some people believe that a .22 pistol is good enough for self defense. I agree to a certain degree. A friend of mine carries a Walther p-22 and I make my mother take my Ruger 22/45 when she's going to be alone. Now with the ban on high cap magazines dead---for now at least---are there any high cap .22 pistols out there that will hold 20-30 rounds and function. If some 9s hold 18 rounds why shouldn't a quality .22 such as the 22/45 be made that will hold 20-30? Having so many rounds could help make up for the lack of power. Heck, with a 20 round mag I might even give the p-22 a try. After all, anything worth shooting is worth shooting five or six times. :)

I know you said reliable, but didn't a company named Grendel put out a 22 mag pistol that held like 30 rounds? You know what hi cap pistol I want though? A N or X frame S&W revolver with like a 15-20 round cylinder!
