Hello everyone. I came across one of these .38's and decided to buy it for a little over $100. It is in excellent shape and shot well with American Eagle FMJ's.

My question is: Are these revolvers +P rated, or no? I've heard that they aren't, but I've also heard they are. I figured you guys would be able to give me an accurate answer.

Thanks in advance.

I looked at one a few weeks ago. It's a heavy gun, I really don't know, but I'd say it is a plus p shooter. If you didn't get the manual, they have a website that perhaps you could try. Good luck with it, they run about $250-300 new, depending on finish, so you got a good price on it. Some people will scoff, but it looked sturdy to me.

The website is not very informative at all. The gun does seem very sturdy, and I am pretty sure it would hold up to +P rounds. But I want to be sure before I loaded any up.
