Homeowner with small children in the house used a .380 to shoot the bg. Wounded him in the head and arm, but he will survive. Castle Doctrine in Florida will protect the shooter. In NY or NJ, the bg would be the owner of the house when the lawyers got done.

That my friends is why everyone should be able to protect and defend themselves. Banning guns would not have stopped the bad guy like the liberals and socialists would have us believe because he didn't have a gun. Call the police and have them protect us??? Even if they got there in minutes it would probably have been too late.

Thanks God I live in Florida where we can legally protect our family, friends, neighbors and posessions from those who would do us harm.
